Wu Tao, male, Han nationality, from Luohe, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor and master tutor.

He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Marxism college, in charge of students, publicity, retirement, care for the next generation and other work.
