Peng Xuqin, female, Han nationality, from Xinxian County, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor and master supervisor.

At present, she is the Deputy Dean of Marxism Institute, in charge of graduate students and foreign affairs.

In 2007, she received a doctorate in Marxist theory from Wuhan University. The main research direction is Marxist theory education.
