Zhang Fenglin, male, Han nationality, from Linyi, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China.

At present, he is the Deputy Dean of Marxism College, in charge of undergraduate teaching.

In recent years, he has published 15 academic papers in such domestic journals as dialectics of nature, Journal of Henan Normal University, and presided over one national social science fund project, one social science project of Henan Province, one social science project of Henan University and one educational reform project of Henan Province. He has won the second prize of the ideological and political course teaching competition of Henan Province once, the first prize of Henan University lecture competition once, the second prize of Henan University lecture competition twice, the excellent ideological and political education worker of Henan University once, the model of teacher's ethics of Henan University once, and the second prize of the first national ideological and political theory teaching exhibition activity.
