On the afternoon of October 15, 2018, the signing ceremony of the co-construction of the school of Marxism between the Publicity Department of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and Henan University was held in Zhengzhou. Zhao Suping, Minister of Publicity Department of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and Member of the CPC Henan Provincial Standing Committee,Yin Shubo, Deputy Minister of Publicity Department of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee, Lu Keping, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Henan University, and Zhang Baoming, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Henan University attended the signing ceremony that held by Zheng Bangshan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee of Higher Education and Deputy Secretary of the Party Organization of Provincial Education Department.
