On the morning of May 16, the training ceremony of the Party branch secretary of primary and secondary schools of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was held in the Fifth floor Conference Room of Academy of Marxism. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Zhe, deputy dean of the Academy of Marxism.

Zhang Xingmao, dean of the Academy of Marxism, extended a warm welcome to the people of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on behalf of all teachers and students. He introduced Henan University's magnificent development after 105 years, including its predecessor, the change of departments, especially the historical facts of running a school in exile during the anti-Japanese War. And he briefly introduced the current development level, comprehensive strength and construction objectives of Henan University. Zhang Xingmao expressed the gratitude and admiration for the spirit of taking root in the frontier for decades to the people. He expects everyone can cherish the hard-won learning opportunities and strive to improve themselves.

In his speech, Zhao Xufeng, a representative of the cadets, said that the training is shouldering the sustenance and heavy responsibility of the Corps, he hopes to learn the latest achievements of education in the interior at Henan University, a famous university in the past century, and to promote self-growth and development. Then, they can better for the Xinjiang Corps of Education to make its own contribution.

Chen Zhe said the Academy should strengthen the organization and management of the training, do a good job of service and logistics. After the meeting, all the participants of the training class held a thematic class meeting, and under the leadership of Shao Xianzhong, visited the Ming-lun Campus Modern and Modern Historical buildings.

It is reported that this training course for the Party branch of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is based on the integration of the Academy of remote and continuing Education , the active application of the Academy of Marxism, and the evaluation by experts after receiving the notice of declaration. Finally, for the first time we gain the Xinjiang Construction Corps "Party branch secretary" class training qualification . The training course was attended by 50 Party branch secretaries from the primary school of Xinjiang Production and Constructio
