Professor Xue Qingchao From The Party History Research Center of CPC Central Committee Came to Our School to Give A LecturePublish Date:2019-11-30

On the morning of November 29, 2019, the School of Marxism invited Professor Xue Qingchao, Deputy Director of the Publicity and Education Bureau of the Party History Research Center of the CPC Committee, to give a lecture about “Staying True to Our Founding Mission-the course of struggle of Communist Party of China and its enlightenment”. More than one hundred people from the training class for party member teachers of the National Training Program, representatives of the School of Marxism and Qingma Project attended the lecture. The speech was presided over by Professor Peng Xuqin, Deputy Dean of the School of Marxism.

Xue Qingchao emphasized the importance of studying party history and national history in the whole party; reviewed the history of the magnificent new democratic revolution led by the Communist Party of China, the history of socialist revolution and construction, and the great achievements since the reform and opening up; he summed up a series of experience and enlightenment, and Communist Party members must have the political character of "loyalty and responsibility," and only by remembering original intension and the way they came, they can move forward unswervingly along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Professor Xue Qingchao’s special presentation played an important role for the majority of party member teachers to grasp the history firmly of the party and the struggle course of New China’s history, and to further promote the theme education of " Staying True to Our Founding Mission". It is also of great significance for the teachers to play an exemplary role as a pioneer.
