In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the Marxist College of Henan University held a seminar on the morning of November 6th in the conference room on "In-depth study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee Advancing the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance" .
